We will do what we can to accommodate extending your rental duration. However, we won’t bump an upcoming reservation.
All of our vehicles have an automatic transmission. Many also have paddle shifters which are very easy to operate. From time to time, we may have a manual car in the fleet, but will make sure to specify prior to booking.

Rented vehicles may not be driven outside the state without prior written approval.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for personal vehicles in an exterior parking lot. This parking lot is illuminated throughout the night, but we are not liable for any damage or theft to the vehicle.

Yes, excluding holiday weekends and special events. Make your reservations in advance to guarantee your vehicle reservation.
In general, yes we can shift your rental to another date. This will be contingent on the cars availability.

Yes, each additional driver must be over the age of 21 and must provide us with a valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance.

We do not. Insurance is available for purchase for international drivers exclusively through a third party. Domestic drivers must provide their own car insurance.
Yes, vehicles are available to rent to international visitors provided they have a valid passport and driver’s license from their home country. Additionally, the international renter must secure a third party insurance policy that we will need to verify.
Yes, we require a security deposit when renting any vehicle in the fleet. If using a credit card we will run an authorization for the security deposit and release funds upon the return of the undamaged vehicle.
Yes, we offer delivery outside of the state for 30+ day rentals.
We will deliver and pick up vehicles upon request via closed flatbed truck. Cost varies depending on the distance of the delivery. Reach out to your sales representative for specific pricing quotes.
Mileage varies depending on the duration of the rental as well as each car. The agreed upon mileage will be filled in the contract at point of rental.
In general we require our renters to be 25 or older. We will consider renting certain vehicles to people between ages 21-24.
No, all drivers must meet our rental criteria. However, your qualified family member can elect to drive. Also, we can offer a chauffeur service for your special event.
Yes, we require full comprehensive coverage insurance to rent any vehicle from our fleet. We will call your insurance provider to ensure your insurance is in-force and adequate.
In the event of an accident, please ensure that you are safe. Contact the police regardless of who was at fault. Do not just exchange insurance. Once you have contacted the police, please contact us. Unless the police give instructions that the car needs to be towed, do not have the car towed. Low profile cars require a specific strategy to get the car loaded without further damage.
The renter is responsible for all tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any and all penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.
A full day rental is considered a full 24 hours, but can be less depending on pickup and dropoff of the vehicle. A multi-day rental is any duration that extends past 24 hours.
Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental will result in an in-house credit. This credit may be applied to your future reservation.
We accept most forms of payment methods including all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
